Hi, my name is Sidney Mendelson.

Over the past 35 years, I have been fortunate enough to achieve a high degree of success as a business leader, sales and relationship manager, special education teacher for the New York City Board of Education, and as a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and other global consulting organizations.

However, the “How” and “What” I do is not as impactful or important as the “Why.”

So, Why Business Coaching – and Why Now?

I grew up in a broken home and experienced child abuse. I learned to overcome the bad messaging and pain by changing my thinking and beliefs, and by surrounding myself with loving and nurturing people.

I made a promise to myself that I would devote my life to helping people find their own genius, fulfill their dreams, discover their own wisdom, and be a guiding light for others.

Thirty-five years as both a teacher for special needs children and as a leader and mentor for corporate managers, sales people, relationship managers and senior executives provided me the experience and understanding to change careers and make my love and passion my chosen profession.
